Agriculture Support & Horticulture Empowerment Program

Project Description

The Agriculture Support & Horticulture Empowerment Program is a community-driven initiative by Esperanza Uganda aimed at strengthening household food security and increasing income opportunities for smallholder farmers. Through practical training, agricultural inputs, and ongoing mentorship, we equip farmers with the knowledge and tools they need to improve crop production and supply fresh produce to their local markets. Our focus is on sustainable horticulture practices that increase yields, improve livelihoods, and promote long-term community resilience. You can help us empower more farmers and strengthen food security in rural communities.
